An increase in cerebrospinal fluid pressure has been reported following administration of ketamine hydrochloride. Use with extreme caution in patients with preanesthetic elevated cerebrospinal fluid pressure.
(17) Üld- või veterinaarapteegist võib ketamiini, fentanüüli, tiopentaali, naatriumoksübutüraati, alfentanüüli, sulfentanüüli ja remifentanüüli sisaldavaid süstitavaid ravimvorme ning buprenorfiini suukaudseid ravimvorme väljastada ainult tellimislehe alusel. Keelatud on nimetatud ravimite väljastamine retsepti alusel.
« (161) Kui metüülfenidaati sisaldava ravimi retsept on välja kirjutatud selleks õigust mitteomava arsti poolt, ei tohi apteek retsepti alusel ravimit väljastada, retsept tuleb võtta apteeki hoiule ja sellisest retseptist tuleb teavitada Ravimiametit.».
§ 2. Sotsiaalministri 18. mai 2005. a määruse nr 73 «Narkootiliste ja psühhotroopsete ainete meditsiinilisel ja teaduslikul eesmärgil käitlemise ning sellealase arvestuse ja aruandluse tingimused ja kord ning narkootiliste ja psühhotroopsete ainete nimekirjad» (RTL 2005, 57, 807; 2007, 88, 1477) tehakse järgmised muudatused:
1) paragrahvi 9 lõiget 17 muudetakse ja sõnastatakse järgmiselt:
« (17) Üld- või veterinaarapteegist võib ketamiini, fentanüüli, tiopentaali, naatriumoksübutüraati, alfentanüüli, sulfentanüüli ja remifentanüüli sisaldavaid süstitavaid ravimvorme ning buprenorfiini suukaudseid ravimvorme väljastada ainult tellimislehe alusel. Keelatud on nimetatud ravimite väljastamine retsepti alusel.»;
