Describe and analyze a cultural event or practise you have found in Estonia that you see as distinct or unique in regard to other cultures.

The Republic of Estonia has amazed me most with its very evolved infrastructure that basicly connects everyone with everything. We may or should call it digital trust. This development has made life easier for every estonian and everyone who has the ability or access to use it.

This is something new, I am not sure if it is 10 years old already. And it is unique. The e-residency, e-voting, e-parking, e-buying and so on. Last night while having ordered a taxi through an application on my phone without having to talk to the operator or the driver I got a cab. While the driving, I had to stop at one shop before heading home, so the driver kindly asked me to type in the address into my phone and apply it throught the phone as well. The driver did not care that I have said him the destination, it was important that i did it throught the application. Meanwhile we were heading to the shop I mentioned this essay topic to my friend and then the driver said that the best thing to write about would be about the people of Kihnu island and the fact that their still wearing and knitting their own national clothes until this day. They even have this one of a kind breed of sheep that they keep breeding on that island. At this moment I thought of the "village people of Seto" with their kind of own made up language that consists of funny sounding Estonian words and maybe a little bit of Russian added, also their tradiotions. This culture practise might be one of them that is distinct to others. For me, the most unique nowadays would be the back of euro coins of estonia. Each one of them portraits a historical event from the history of Estonia. Perhaps if i had written more about the song and dance festival of Estonia that is held throughout the years once a while on the biggest arenas of Tallinn - Lauluväljak. But these some of these tradiotions i am sure are held in other countries as well. . Perhaps choosing mid summer St. John's Day would have been more fun but i  think all of the Baltic states have similar celebration. This e-residency and Estonia's flag compell me more.

Also one of the important things that estonians have started is this all round the country or even world cleaning day, it is called "Teeme ära" meaning "Let's do it" . It is usually held in the beginning of the month of May.
